Return & Refund Policy
Overview
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on our store, including those fulfilled by our overseas partners and warehouses. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund
We gladly help if there is a problem with your order. We accept returns or refunds only for the following reasons:
- Product quality issues
- Product damaged during transportation
- Wrong item, size, or color sent by our store or supplier
2. Time Limit for Claims
Customers must contact us within 14 days after the order is shown as "delivered" and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
3. Proof Required
To review your case, we may ask for:
- Photos of the product (front, back, and close-up of the defect)
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
- A short video if the product is not functioning properly
4. Our Solutions
After the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:
- Free replacement / reshipment
- Partial refund
- Full refund
5. Non-Acceptable Reasons (Change of Mind)
Due to our fulfillment process and our supplier's policy, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or no longer want the item
- Ordered the wrong size, color, or style
- Found a better price elsewhere
- Slight color differences due to screen display
- Delivery delays caused by customs, local couriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control
6. Exceptional Returns for Non-Quality Reasons
In rare, exceptional cases, if we agree in writing to accept a return for non-quality reasons, the following conditions apply:
- The customer must bear 100% of the return shipping cost.
- The product must be returned to our designated fulfillment warehouse. The return address will be confirmed via email before you ship.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- We are not able to provide a prepaid return label. The customer needs to arrange the shipment with a local carrier and provide a valid tracking number.
7. Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs are not fixed and will depend on your location, the carrier you choose, and the weight and size of the parcel. For customers in the United States, international return shipping to our designated fulfillment warehouse is usually relatively expensive compared to the product price. These fees are set and charged by the shipping company, not by us. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the return process will also be borne by the customer.
