Shipping Policy
We currently ship orders only within the United States. All products are shipped from our partnered fulfillment centers and handled by our logistics team.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Shipping time (US only)
Most US orders arrive within about 5-8 business days after the parcel leaves our fulfillment center, depending on the shipping method and your location.
Serious delays If your parcel has not arrived 45 days after it leaves our fulfillment center, we can open a delay case with our delivery partners and help arrange a refund or reshipment based on their investigation result.
Tracking delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please check the status regularly.
If tracking shows “Delivered” to the address you provided, we normally cannot offer a refund or reshipment unless you provide an official “Non‑Delivery Certificate” from your local post office with an official stamp.
If the parcel is held at the post office due to incomplete address, unclaimed package, or missing door number, the recipient must contact or visit the local post office to pick it up within their holding period.
If a parcel is returned and lost or damaged during the return process, our logistics partners and our store are not responsible.
Parcels successfully returned to our warehouse may be added to inventory for future orders, but will not be refundable.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by force majeure events such as pandemics, wars, strikes, natural disasters, or customs policy changes. We will, however, do our best to keep you updated and assist you case by case.
